What happens in a typical lesson? +
Each 50-minute lesson with Anne Caroline is built around your goals. You might work through conversation practice, grammar exercises, cultural deep-dives, or exam prep, whatever moves you forward. Anne brings structured materials but keeps things flexible.
How does scheduling work? +
Scheduling with Anne Caroline happens right after payment: you pick a time on her calendar that works for you. Lessons happen over Google Meet. Monthly and intensive students book one lesson at a time and can choose different days each week.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
Anne Caroline will reschedule with no penalty as long as you let her know at least 24 hours before your lesson — life happens. Late cancellations count as a used lesson.
What's your refund policy? +
